What to Expect When You Call

When you call (215) 792-4574, a placement advisor will:

1. Listen. Brief discussion of your situation — what substance, how long, what has been tried, urgency.
2. Verify insurance. Real-time benefit check with your carrier (Independence Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Highmark, AmeriHealth, or others).
3. Identify options. Licensed inpatient programs in Philadelphia or the surrounding area that match your clinical needs and in-network coverage.
4. Arrange admission. Often same-day or next-day, depending on bed availability and clinical urgency.

The call typically takes 10–20 minutes. There is no charge. You are not obligated to move forward with any program discussed.
